How should I care for my raffia hat or bag?

Raffia is a natural fiber that should not be submerged in water. To clean, use a soft damp cloth to spot clean any marks. If your hat gets crushed, you can lightly steam it to reshape the crown and brim.

What is your return policy for online orders?

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items may be excluded.

How do I determine my correct hat size?

To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head approximately 1cm above your ears. Most of our hats also feature an internal adjustable band for a customized fit.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Helen Kaminski products are crafted to the highest standards. We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
